Updated Policies regarding Study Group Material and Shipping
NEW STUDY GROUP MATERIALS REFUND POLICY
Starting July 1, 2019: PRINTED Independent Study Texts/study guides or textbooks must be returned with 90 days of original purchase date and must be current editions in resalable condition. Less a 20 percent restocking fee.
No refund on “digital” materials.
The policy applies to all material whether or not purchased after July 1. Existing policy applies (any dated purchase in reusable condition) until July 1
CHANGES TO SHIPPING PROCEDURES
Effective Jan.,1 2019: Previously the shipping was either FedEx Ground to a church or Fed Ex Home to a Coordinator/Facilitator home address at the same price of $10 or 7% of the order. This is no longer the case. If the materials are not being sent to a Church or Business they will be mailed FedEx Smart Post. If you request it be sent FedEx Home it will be an added shipping charge of $5.
If you are accustomed to getting your packages in 3-4 days via FedEx home please be aware it will start taking 7-10 business days or you will start seeing the $5 up charge.
