US Student Services Representative

Global University has an opening in the US Student Services Department for a full-time (40 hours per week) US Student Services Representative. Hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The basic function of this position is to process orders for courses, maintain record keeping, initiate and update transcripts, prepare certificates of completion, and other activities which relate to the educational needs of GU students.

Applicants must:

  1. Be adept at complete, accurate, and precise ordering and record keeping.
  2. Have a disposition for handling the pressure of heavy work-load periods.
  3. Have strong, positive telephone skills.
  4. Have strong organizational skills.
  5. Be self-motivated and dependable.

Assessment and Exam Support Specialist

Global University has an opening in the Testing and Measurement Department for a full-time (40 hours per week) Assessment and Exam Support Specialist. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The basic function of this position is to provide support for institutional research, evaluation, testing and assessment with an emphasis on exam creation, management, delivery, support, and analysis.

Applicants must:

  1. Have experience and knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) and the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
  2. Have strong customer service orientation to quickly respond to exam issues.
  3. Be able to manage several projects simultaneously.
  4. Have strong organizational skills.
  5. Be self-motivated and dependable.

A BA or MA degree in educational research, educational psychology, business management or research, or instructional development is preferred.

Strategic Enrollment Administrative Assistant

Global University has an opening in the University Relations Department for a full-time (40 hours per week) Strategic Enrollment Administrative Assistant. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The basic function of this position is to assist the Director of Strategic Enrollment in the administration and management of the Strategic Enrollment office.

Applicants must:

  1. Maintain flexibility according to what is most needed at any given time.
  2. Be able to work well under pressure.
  3. Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  4. Have excellent time management skills.
  5. Have excellent knowledge of PC and working knowledge of Mac operating systems.
  6. Have excellent interpersonal skills

Curriculum Support Specialist

Global University has an opening in the Graduate School of Theology for a full-time (32 hours per week) Curriculum Support Specialist. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The basic function of this position is to work in conjunction with the Curriculum Development Coordinator and Applications/Enrollment Coordinator for the Graduate School of Theology.

Applicants must:

  1. Maintain flexibility according to what is most needed at any given time.
  2. Have demonstrated communication skills in English grammar and usage (written and verbal).
  3. Be able to manage several projects simultaneously.
  4. Have demonstrated proficiency in keyboarding and data input in Microsoft Word.
  5. Have demonstrated proficiency in filing and other secretarial skills.

A BA degree (or equivalent), preferably in English, is required.
