Program Evaluation Request Form (USA students only)

A program evaluation may be requested to find out:

1. What courses have been applied to your program,
2. What courses you need to finish your program of study,
3. To have your official transcripts from other schools evaluated to determine possible transfer of credit, or
4. To change your Berean program of study and have a new program evaluation completed.

NOTE: Program Evaluations are available to students who have already applied to Berean School of the Bible. Students who have not submitted a Berean School of the Bible application will need to apply here first.
